Hired some bikes here for a day to cycle up to see the seals. They are closed between 1 and 3 each day so keep that in mind when planning your day. (Promise there are seals in the pic).

In my opinion, this is THE place to rent your bike for a nice day at Baie de Somme: nice and attentive staff, comfortable bikes (16 €, full day) and great knowledge about the surrounding area.
