This is a very good bike shop. I rented a hybrid from them in March 2024 to ride the canal de la Garonne trail starting in Bordeaux. The pick-up and drop-off went very smoothly. The bike worked great and the price was very reasonable.

Niousha was great to work with! He was helpful and answered all questions promptly. Our group enjoyed each type of bike we each rode -ebikes, gravel bikes, and tour bike. They were solid bikes and we had no issues on our 14 day trek. I'd highly recommend O2 Cycles if you're going to cycle in France!

Rented a gravel bike for a 4 day trip. Prompt, efficient delivery and pickup, with excellent communication by email and text. Incredibly reasonable prices, and incredible gear. The Cube Nuroad was perfect for the canal trailâpaved and gravelâand the panniers were waterproof and rugged. Would rent from them again in a heartbeat! Iâve done tours all over the world, and O2 is among the best! They have a really informative website as wellâread the FAQs if planning a trip, and donât forget to book a bike ticket as well if taking the train!

We were met the train station in Bordeaux by 02 - really nice, professional guy explained the bikes, adjusted to our sizes and provided a little repair kit and some spares. The bikes were nearly new and super nice. Light, well maintained and perfect for our needs. When we got back we agreed a collection and all went very smoothly. This was the perfect way to explore the city and countryside, and O2 were a pleasure to deal with throughout. Next time we will rent panniers too, so we don't have to tape our bags to the bikes! :)
