Clement is a very responsive seller, ocean essential is a very well made online shop, it is very simple and easy online shopping experience. Clement is very kind and helpful, I am from Singapore, we have 6 hours time zone differences, he replied my request even late night at 2am Europe time, I am very very happy of the service he provided which helped me to choose the right products. The shipping to Singapore was unexpected fast, the product arrived Singapore in just 4 days, he was able to follow up with the shipping too. Hi, My son was trying to switch from Techno to Iqfoil and we couldnt find any rig in world . I ll say my friend Clement becaue he is my friend now. He tried to find to rig while no one in the world can do it. He found it and make it a very short time delivery. No one was replying to me but my friend Clement replied my 23 o clock messages.
