Superb Product, and excellent customer service. This is a fantastic company and whenever I am out an about on my Omni people always ask me about it so you getting lots of free advertising! All the staff have been great to deal with for product support and the product itself is very well thought out and made. Thank you Omni team!!

The product is really great! Everyone was very careful to tell me how to use this product and what to pay attention to. They were very patient! Can only say that the service is really perfect! Very happy to find Omni to completely solve my problem! I am so happy and grateful.

Omni to change my life in but travel because I no longer have a car since 2016 I can get around more easily when I have appointments I can go out in the evening without worrying about public transport I recommend it everything that want to test. I have one of my neighbors on avenue de France who asked me about the scooter and now he rides with it I am happy to have shared it with him a big thank you to omni for changing the lives of many of us

What can I say except that I fell in love with MyOmniWheel ♥️ A love story that is just beginning, a very big step towards freedom. But I would never have been able to start this story if I had not made a telephone appointment with Florian in advance. Very interested in Omni, especially for its lower cost than other companies, I had a lot of doubt about being able to use it after watching the videos, particularly those of Charlotte. While explaining my problem which is not being able to ride two wheels in a wheelchair, Florian informed me that they were going to launch a new scooter of the future: the wheel. Hyper suitable for people with hemiplegia or anyone with balance problems. Fatime at after-sales service was quick and efficient. A big thank you for his knowledge and kindness 🙏. We managed by email because I was never able to get an advisor by telephone from Monday to Friday mornings. Downside for the Wheel: always have the Allen and tightening keys with you. Before each outing, you must systematically tighten all the screws. Ditto if you have taken a few bumps, retighten once you arrive on flat ground because the arm which connects the chair to the handlebars has screws which loosen very quickly, I lost one this morning... If you have the size and brand of screws I'm interested 🙏. Otherwise it's a treat. Quiet, pleasant, stable, slow or fast. Be careful not to accelerate in turns and not to make sudden movements. We feel that the scooter can take you into an aerobatics session at any time. Also remember to always have your power cable with you. Depending on the speed at which you are driving, the battery discharges very quickly. You will be able to connect with certain merchants while sipping a small drink ☀️. Easily detachable to put at a restaurant table. On grass, on very small gravel, on concrete and paving stones ☀️ Thank you for this creation perfectly designed for my needs 🙏
