Very happy with my scooter. I appreciated the Omni assistance for assembly and handling. The after-sales service is top notch, as is the support group. Unfortunately, it is too heavy for me to put in my car alone. I also can't do a wheelie to engage the device. On the other hand, once in place, I enjoy it. So I set out to find and test as many greenways as possible. Here, in the cedar forest, in Vaucluse.

Omni offers after-sales service that is really very efficient, attentive and very responsive. Always there when there are problems, whether related to the electric scooter or attachment system. Thank you very much for your help and your responsiveness ☺️
