Very helpful and accommodating staff. We hired E bikes and panniers for a short break cycling through the vineyards around Saint Emilion . We were able to drop our bikes off at our hotel in Bordeaux for collection at the end of our trip. No problems with bikes and other equipment and bikes were great for our requirements.

Super service, super bike too. I hired a gravel bike for 3 days, perfectly set up regarding indexing gears and brakes. Rode 200km,very reliable bike. Best wishes to the bike shop.

Cycling is a great way to see Bordeaux. Owners at the bike shop suggested a super route along both river banks. Really friendly and helpful staff, good bikes and reasonably cheap.

What they lack in variety of bike they more than make up for with customer service and having rented bikes in so many countries it was one of the best experiences I've had. Renting on a Saturday although leaving first thing Monday I thought I'd only get one cycle in but they allowed me take it Friday evening and said they would collect it from my hostel after I'd left on Monday for free which was so nice. They also come with flat pedals only but opened a new set of in-store spds to put on for me, for free too. Can't go wrong if you're looking for a basic gravel bike. Thanks so much.
