I received wonderful service a week ago from Pontivy Bike. I arrived knowing I wanted a gravel bike but with little idea about where to start. Staff were so incredibly helpful and explained everything to me including the mechanics of bikes in a clear, practical and non-patronizing manner which I really appreciated. After having been round several shops, it was an easy choice to go back and finally buy the bike, shoes, pedals and get set up with them. The bike is great, I'm thrilled... thank you Pontivy Bike! :)

A broken rim threatened an early end to my trip in Brittany but Pontivy Bike saved the day. They had me back on the road with a new rear wheel fitted in under an hour - and gave the bike a free tuneup. Plus a coffee! Fantastic service and a reasonable price. Merci beaucoup messieurs!
