Camping Riva Bella

Very clean and modern accommodation. Check in was super easy and staff all very helpful. We stayed in a Premier caravan and had everything we needed. The covered decking area was perfect. The indoor pool was great for when it rained and the kids enjoyed the outdoor pool and slides. We ate a pizza on site one evening and that was very delicious. Good location- very close to the ferry port, close to lots of museums and sword beach. There was a lidl that you could walk to as well as walking into the old town- the patisserie shops here were amazing. Good value for money would come again.

Good services, mobile homes conforrable and with TV available (in French, but still good), another big plus are the heated pools (outside and especially inside). It was raining and cold, but we had a great time at the pool. Very convenient to make groceries, Carrefour & Lidl very close(3-5 min by car). Lots of activities to do in the city, beautiful beaches and plenty of restaurants. Small camping, but perfect for kids: 3 goats and a chicken to play with, we even saw a beaver and a rabbit "visiting" from a nearby canal.

Rented a cabin for 4 nights so could visit D-Day sights with the kids. The site is great, staff all speak perfect English which helps as my French is awful. Location is really good as a 20 minute walk from the ferry and the cabin itself was nice and clean. Loved the place will come back. Pool area is really well maintained.

Great location for the d-day beaches, Bayeux and other locations actors Normandy. Staff speak English and are very friendly and helpful. Pitches are a bit tight, but roomy enough. The outdoor pool is smaller than the photos suggest and gets full very quickly. The indoor pool is larger and is nice to just dip into to cool off after a hard day's tourism 😉 The bar and food are fairly priced, but unfortunately for our tastes neither was worth the money! Nearby there is an artisan bakery (delicious bread and patisserie) and a Carrefour for day to day groceries.
