Vous pouvez venir chercher le matériel la veille de votre premier jour de location à partir de 14h30 sans surcoût :)
Merci de choisir vos dates de séjour pour une durée précise (1 jour = 24h, 2 jours = 48h etc...) en indiquant la même heure de prise et de retour du matériel afin d'éviter les erreurs de calcul du tarif (exemple vous louez pour deux jours, venez prendre le matériel le vendredi soir et le rapportez le dimanche soir : merci d'indiquer prise du matériel vendredi 19h et retour dimanche 19h afin que nous vous appliquions le tarif 2 jours (soit 48h). Si vous indiquiez prise du matériel vendredi 18h et retour dimanche 19h le logiciel calculera 49h de location et vous appliquera le tarif 3 jours...).
Les réservations sont à faire a minima 24h à l'avance, toute annulation moins de 12h à l'avance sera dûe.
S'il est trop tard pour réserver en ligne vous pouvez venir au magasin directement sans réservation, nous vous équiperons au mieux avec le matériel encore disponible !
Merci de venir, lors de la récupération du matériel en magasin, avec tout documents justificatifs de codes de réduction et autre avantages utilisés lors de la réservation en ligne.

The staff was both helpful and nice. We booked one snowboard pack and one skipack. The snowboard was decent, I had a 162W snowboard which was alot of fun. If you are reserving online remember to book in good time! When I was booking some snowboards in smaller sizes were already out of stock. Seemed like they would never go out of stock of skiis though. Would come again for the nice staff :)

Super easy setup. We were a group of 5 and got everything in 20/30 minutes. One of our friends couldn’t make it and they were able to refund him.

Came here for boot fitting - the insoles could be done then and there in 30 mins. Super friendly and competent service. For shaping the boot you need an appointment. They also repair skis. Paid parallel parking available on the street though was very busy.
