This is more than just a âfishing pondâ - itâs a small community trying to build long-term sustainable tourism in this corner of the French Alps. The owner was extremely helpful, not just in providing my husband and kids with a fantastic canyoning experience but also advising us on where to go rock climbing on our own. Their restaurantâs amazing ice cream is locally sourced and their fish ponds extend into a lovely park for lounging, picnicking, etc.
