When you're on vacation and a tire goes flat, you're happy to find a rental/repair company who drops their tools to change your rear inner tube in 5 minutes, all for €14. My afternoon was not ruined thanks to this very efficient and friendly repairman. Which is not the case with the rental company "Les Vélos de l'Île de Ré" located 100m away and to whom I contacted first, but who did not want to help me out due to lack of time (sic).. .
