Awesome experience! I made a reservation for to rent an e-bike on a Saturday morning for a day long bike ride from Biarritz to Saint Jean de Luz. Half way there, we had a horrible flat tire and had to call for help. Despite the busy weekend, they arrived with a new bike for me without any hassle! Excellent service and great day rate for the rental.

Arnaud was super nice, fun and helped us to fix brakes and handlebar for free. (No E-Bike) If I had bigger issues, I would directly go there and ask him. Big recommendation and Merci!

Their new bike mechanic is the best in town! He helped us fixing the SRAM gear shifter of a Pinarello Prince Roadbike in speed time and gave the bike a polishing! Without his help we would have been stuck on our Journey to Spain. His boss can be very proud of him :D BIG UP!
