Véloc'Sud Carpentras

Veloc’Sud was very good at communicating with me. I rented 14 bikes and they were delivered on time.

Rented a very nice Adris bike at Veloc'Sud. Very friendly people during delivery and pick up, excellent communication by SMS/e-mail and did not expect them to speak English because their website is in french. Would certainly recommend this company!

We hired 2 e-bikes for three days and we're more than pleased by the results. The bikes were easy to use and we could keep and charge them overnight. The woman who helped us was very patient with my poor french and was super helpful. Pickup was smooth and she found out address well despite the unusual location. The pannier bags were a little torn so we got to use them for free! The value is much better than other shops nearby (St Didier was charging 45€/day compared to Veloc'Sud's €30/day). The bikes themselves took us very far and only one time came down to 1 bar but that was after 4 hours of cycling including steep hills and a heavy passenger. The bike with the less heavy passenger had 3 bars. All in all a great experience, we are hoping all bicycle hire shops are this great!
