These guys are on fire! Quick, honest, they speak English and know what they do. I am a long distance cyclist, a stranger, never to be seen as a customer again, yet were treated like family. I came in as I couldn't get my pistons to get back in after changing my brake pads and a stranger in the streets recommended me to go to see them. They sorted it in 2 minutes. And whilst one was doing that, the other played around with the front, checked things over and found my handle bar had come loose. Quick fix. They have a passion for bikes and are very obviously keen to help and do the right thing. Good blokes! I have an issue trusting people with my best friend (my bike) but these guys had all my trust. Thank you again for making my day! Nice chatting also - good for a loner's soul. I wish that you will have only customers who will keep you loving what you do and I wish you success and to remain in good partnership as a team. If you ever come to Australia, come say hi!

Express service for reparations. It was top-notch. Really nice staff, and the shop is very agreeable and organised. Highly recommended!

I went to see them on Saturday for a problem with the engine blocking with my mobile connection. Great service to help me load the software and do the paperwork for me at Bosch. TOP.! I would go back to service the bikes

What a great store. The luggage rack of my rental bike (rented elsewhere) had vibrated loose. The right screws were found in 5 minutes and everything was secured again. What a hero, now I can continue with my cycling holiday. Also very friendly help. Large range of new bicycles and accessories.
