We wanted everyone to be able to understand how exceptional this shop and its entire team are, which is why we chose to write this review in both English and translated French.Because of the character limit, we had to split this review into two separate posts. 🇬🇧 English Version If you are staying in Orelle and planning to ski in Val Thorens or nearby resorts, we highly recommend Sport 2000. We are travelers from Japan and Taiwan and had planned to ski in Val Thorens on February 28th. We visited your shop the evening before to rent our equipment. From the moment we arrived on February 27th, we were truly touched by how kind and welcoming everyone was. A gentle brown-haired staff member who spoke English (we sincerely regret not asking for her name) patiently guided us through choosing our skis, boots, and helmets. She also took the time to ask about our skiing levels (we had two beginners and one intermediate skier) and carefully selected equipment that suited each of us. She made sure everything was comfortable and appropriate for our abilities. Because of her, we felt safe and confident. On February 28th, the day on the mountain became unexpectedly intense for one member of our group. After missing the last lifts, she had to ski down from the end of the VT26 Grand Fond slope toward the Télécabine d’Orelle (arrival station). During the descent, thick fog rolled in, greatly reducing visibility, and she encountered several unexpected challenges along the way, which delayed our return. Worried that we might not arrive in time to return the equipment, we called the shop. We apologize if we sounded a bit rushed on the phone, we were simply stressed by the situation. We sincerely thank you for your understanding and kindness. One team member helped us carry the equipment when we were completely exhausted, and another staff member efficiently handled the return and deposit refund. We are also deeply grateful that you waited a few extra minutes for us. That gesture truly meant a lot. We will keep a very beautiful memory of this experience. If it were possible, we would give 100 stars. We were initially worried about language barriers, but we found your shop to be warm, professional, and reassuring. The entire team was patient and genuinely caring. A heartfelt thank you again to the whole team. Your kindness truly marked our mountain stay. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

We've been coming to Albiez for 7 years. This year we did three activities: Snowmobile rides for the children (for the second time) They were thrilled with their outing as always! The guides are incredibly kind and attentive. Next year, we'll be doing the longer snowmobile tour! Snowmobile outing for siblings: A fantastic outing with a guide who was as friendly and attentive as ever! A very enjoyable experience. And another way to discover the mountains! The igloo evening, a magnificent activity where you feel like you're outside of time, completely disconnected. A top-notch guide who loves his region, is proud of it, and shares all of that with us. An activity to enjoy as a couple, with family, or with friends! And finally, the welcome at the Mustang, always so warm! Everyone is smiling despite the crowds and the workload. In short, a great store, a great team, and great activities! See you next year.

An afternoon of cycling with our guide Bastien, who showed us part of the region and its history. The bikes were excellent quality and well-maintained, and learning was easy thanks to our guide's explanations. The welcome was warm. Beautiful sunshine topped it all off; we had a wonderful afternoon. Thank you and best of luck with your projects.

Top-notch! A fantastic attitude at this rental shop. The owner is remarkably intelligent and business-minded towards his customers. The location and equipment are excellent. By far the best ski rental shop I've used in my 40 years of skiing!
